Chia blueberry bowl


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Half cup frozen blueberries
  • One quarter cup chia active chia seeds
  • Splash of plant milk


    Mix in a high speed blender or if using a less powerful appliance, use fresh bananas rather than frozen.

    Top with your choice of toppings, I used fresh banana slices, fresh blueberries and tropical trail mix
